Why doesn’t my peanut butter jar look like the one in your video or on your website?
During shipping a lot of times the jars will get warmer than normal causing many of the toppings to settle into the peanut butter. Please keep in mind there is chocolate in most of the jars that can melt. If possible don’t let them sit in the mailbox or the front porch. Putting them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes will help your peanut butter jar cool off.
Does my jar need to be refrigerated?
Our jars are all sealed for freshness. Once you open the jar and break the seal it is a good idea to refrigerate if there is jam or syrup.
